What ground transportation emojis are used for
The largest travel family, and lopsided: more than a dozen separate rail characters survive from the Japanese carrier sets, including 🚝 monorail, 🚞 mountain railway and 🚋 tram car, which almost nobody sends. Daily use concentrates on 🚗 and 🚕 for getting somewhere, 🚨 for urgency or an announcement, and 🚧 for anything unfinished. 🦽 and 🦼 came later, in Emoji 12.0's accessibility batch.
